PHILADELPHIA, May 2, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK), announced today that Alan W. Rutherford, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Timothy J. Donahue, Senior Vice President-Finance will address the Banc of America Basic Industries Conference on May 3, 2005.

The Banc of America Conference will take place at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York, NY. The presentation will begin at 11:40 a.m. (EDT).
