Crown Holdings to Present at Lehman Brothers, Citigroup Conferences

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) announced today that John W. Conway, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and Alan W. Rutherford, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will address the Lehman Brothers Industrial Select Conference in Miami, Florida on Friday, February 6, 2004 and the Citigroup High Yield/Leveraged Finance Conference in Aspen, Colorado on Monday, February 9, 2004.

The Lehman Brothers Conference will take place at The Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami, Florida. The presentation will begin at 11:20 a.m. (EST). 

A replay of the presentation will be available approximately twenty-four hours after the presentation ends and will be accessible for at least 30 days.

The Citigroup Conference will take place at the St. Regis Hotel in Aspen, Colorado. The presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. (MT). The presentation will not be Web cast.
