PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK), announced today that John W. Conway, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and Alan W. Rutherford, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will address the Lehman Brothers Industrial Select Conference in Miami Beach, Florida on Thursday, February 16, 2006 and Timothy J. Donahue, Senior Vice President-Finance will address the JPMorgan Small Cap Conference in Philadelphia on Wednesday, February 15, 2006. Alan W. Rutherford and Timothy J. Donahue will address the Wachovia Consumer Growth Conference in Key Biscayne, Florida on Friday, February 24, 2006.

The Lehman Brothers Conference will take place at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida. The presentation will begin at 8:00 a.m. (EST). A live web cast of the event will be available to the public.

A replay of the presentation will be available approximately twenty-four hours after the presentation ends and will be accessible for at least 90 days.
